I have been responsible for the Office and Janitorial supplies here at Seminole Electric Cooperative for well over 10 years. I’ve worked with many vendors during that time, and I must say that Apex has been the best. They have always had quality products at excellent prices.
One of the best assets that Apex has is our Account Executive Michelle Tobin. I have never seen such knowledgeable, personal customer service from any of our vendors. The pandemic was a very difficult time for us here. We never closed. It was comforting to know that Michelle was handling any order or request that we had. The safety of our employees is our top priority, and she was there to offer us advice on which product would work best for us. Michelle made sure we had what we needed quickly…she is amazing!
The pandemic is behind us now, but Michelle’s customer service is still second to none.

I work for a small law firm in Fort Myers. Scott Libby and his team have provided personalized service and always with a friendly warm attitude. Recently I asked a favor to search for a quality Printer with Scanner capabilities. Not only did he locate a top HP with great reviews, he spoke to his manager to work with us to get it within our budget and was smart enough to remind us about ink and even get that at a lower price and lock that price in for one year! C'mon now. That is Customer Service!
I have been working with Scott Libby since he first reached out to me almost 5 months ago. I was not happy with the service from staples office supply. Scott has always provided the upmost respect and assisted me 100% when needed office supplies and more. He has come out of his way to deliver urgent items to my office several times that were needed. Now that is true customer service and loyalty which is awesome and very hard to find these days!!!! I will continue to work with Scott because he provides the very best of himself and Apex is very lucky to have him as an employee.
Please let our delivery guys bosses know he’s awesome. So nice and friendly and easy to chat with. I really like him. And he’s a Gator fan!
